Another *0* on the scales...

Another week of no visible progress.

Okay, no visible progress on the scales anyway. I do have progress to report, however! My clothes are fitting better every day. I'll be out of the size 18s and into the size 16s in no time!

I'm hoping to be in a 16 by December -- have a couple of Christmas Parties to attend and I want a new dress!

It's been a bit more difficult than I anticipated to get back on track after the 4 weeks of stress I just experienced. Life was... jumbled... to say the least. But I perservered and I know that everything will be alright.

I received a new XS (Cross Stitch) chart in the mail today -- it's one I've been itching to stitch. I'm hoping this draws me out of my stitching slump! It's been 10 months since I really did any needlework -- horrible. I always went 'round with a needle in my hand and my stitching bag on my shoulder.

Mike and I went on a short walk earlier. That was nice. We plan on walking a mile around the neighbourhood this evening. I've spent some time on my mini-tramp today, too.

Now, if I could just win the lottery tonight...

Snack Attack... maybe...

Sitting here cruising the blogs, I had a snack attack. I finally had an Edy's Frozen Strawberry Fruit Bar. Not bad at all.

So, in my criuse around town, I found that AllVeggedOut is having an alternative Healthy Snack Pack giveaway!

Read the blog and enter her contest!

Now, where'd I put that darn popcorn...?

A bit of a start-over.

If you look up at my weight loss ticker, you'll notice I've changed it to reflect my current weight rather than the 298 previously.

I am going to change it again as soon as I need to lose less than 100 pounds. Part of my plan to keep looking to the future rather than dwelling on the past.

I don't imagine I'll have a loss to show this week, either. You see, I managed to drop a heavy glass lid on my poor toes last night and I think I broke one. It looks and feels broken -- but I'm not sure because simple motrin seems to keep the pain at bay.

Hell walking on it, though.

Oh, well. I shan't despair! Summer is coming to an end and the promise of cooler weather is blowing in the night breeze. I'm a winter gal -- always have been. I'll start getting my two miles in as soon as it cools down a bit.

Keep your eyes pealed here... as soon as I hit 134 pounds (meaning I'll have less than 100 pounds to lose), I'll be having a contest!

Hoping everyone has a great, stress-free week and a great weigh-in!

Terri
