Oh my yumminess. I've had the muffin tops on a mental list to get at the grocery store for a while but I keep forgetting :( Maybe this post will remind me to go buy some haha.

Things learned at the Vitalicious website:
They fortify their VitaMuffins with vitamins, which I need.
They are low fat and all natural.

I just visited the website and found out that they are Nutraceuticals, fortified with vitamins minerals. And I didn't know that the company was the first to come up with the "100-calorie serving" idea!

I learned that it only takes about 15 minutes to walk off a Vitamuffin or Vitatop, and compared to an apple they have way more nutrition!

PS- I've tried vitalicious products in years past and they really are amazing! And they're much easier to find in regular grocery stores now too!

The 2 things I've learned about the company is 1) Their VitaMuffin compares to an apple and 2) Helps reduce cholesterol consuming food that contains plant sterols.

Two things I learned:

1)If the products are stored according to the instructions which are inserted your shipment, they will remain fresh for 8-10 months.

2) Vita Mixes do not need to be frozen and they have a shelf life of 8-10 months.

I went to their site and learned that to walk off a vitatop or vitamuffin takes only 13 minutes. Also, that a single Vitamuffin offers more nutrition than an apple!
