Community Coffee Review & Giveaway! CLOSED!

CLOSED!

It's no secret that we're coffee fiends at our house! We love the stuff! So, it was with great pleasure that we received a sampling of Community Coffee to taste and review!

Community Coffee is actually quite well-known to us! It's one of our favourites.

Community Coffee Company has sold the finest fresh-roasted premium coffee in Louisiana since Henry Norman “Cap” Saurage began selling coffee out of his country store in 1919. Today, Community® coffee can be found in grocery and convenience stores, offices, hotels and some of the best restaurants throughout the South.
It is also served daily at CC’s Community Coffee House® locations in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans, and is available worldwide through CommunityCoffee.com. Community Coffee Company is the largest family owned and operated retail coffee brand in America.

We received a bag of the fabulous Dark Roast Ground.

Ohhh... what can we say about it? It's a deep, very dark, full-bodied and bold brew. Yet, it is oh, so rich and smooth... Drink it and lose yourself in the flavour!

Another favourite of ours is the tradional New Orleans Blend Coffee and Chicory.

Many times throughout history, coffee has become unavailable or too costly. During these times, people have often turned to roasted chicory as a substitute. Community Coffee combines fine Arabica beans and high quality chicory to make a heavier-bodied coffee that has become a New Orleans favorite.

The wonderful folks at Community Coffee have generously offered one lucky reader a chance to win a Traditional Blends Father’s Day Gift Set

This year, forget the tie and give your father, son, husband, or best friend a gift that he'll truly appreciate.
This gift set includes the popular 16 oz. Dark Roast ground coffee, a Community Coffee-Fresh Canister, Logo Coffee Scoop and a Community Coffee Premium Tumbler.

Everything comes wrapped in a wooden crate for Dad to enjoy!

If you'd like to enter for your chance to win this fabulous gift from Community Coffee, just follow the instructions below!

Open to USA only, please!

***NOTICE: You *MUST* leave your email address in the body of your comment or make your email address visible in your profile. If I cannot contact you -- you can't win!***

Please leave a separate comment for EACH entry!

MANDATORY ENTRY: Please share a special memory of the man in your life (Dad, husband, brother, uncle, boyfriend, best friend!).

One of my favorite memories is running the same marathon as my dad. He always ran marathons when I was a kid, and when I finally decided to run on years later, he started training again too and we were able to bond over all our running experiences!

I wanted to treat my parents and family to Thanksgiving dinner at our new house with my new husband. Everything came out just perfect... except the turkey. I had cooked it all night like everyone suggested, only I cooked it too high and it was so dry it literally broke apart in my fingers. I was heartbroken and in a panic. My dear husband excused himself - said he was running out for more drinks - and came back in the back door with a fully cooked turkey from the supermarket. I served that turkey and with many blushes of embarrassment accepted all the praise. Now I know better. :) I will always be grateful to him for saving me from sheer mortification in front of my family.

Christina - xristya@rock.com - My sweetheart saw a squirrel whose tail had been caught between a drainpipe gutter and the house and who was wailing horribly, and he climbed a tall ladder and unhooked its tail and it stopped crying and hopped into a tree and was happy!
