It's no secret that we're coffee fiends at our house! We love the stuff! So, it was with great pleasure that we received a sampling of Community Coffee to taste and review!

Community Coffee Company has sold the finest fresh-roasted premium coffee in Louisiana since Henry Norman “Cap” Saurage began selling coffee out of his country store in 1919. We received a bag of the fabulous Dark Roast Ground.
Ohhh... what can we say about it? It's a deep, very dark, full-bodied and bold brew. Yet, it is oh, so rich and smooth... Drink it and lose yourself in the flavour!
Another favourite of ours is the tradional New Orleans Blend Coffee and Chicory.

My special memory of my husband would have to be when he delivered our son. I will never forget the first time I saw our son. My husband was the first one to hold him , even before the doctor, and he wouldnt let anyone else hold him until I did.
One of my favorite memories is running the same marathon as my dad. He always ran marathons when I was a kid, and when I finally decided to run on years later, he started training again too and we were able to bond over all our running experiences!

Some of my fondest memories of my dad was the 2 years he coached my softball team. The first year, we lost every single game, the 2nd year, we won 3! We still had a lot of fun though~~~!

My father and mother were deeply estranged as I was growing up, but I managed to get back in contact with him when I was 19. I remember flying out to NY to meet him for the first time that I could remember (they divorced when I was 3). The look of surprise and pride on his face was awesome!

I have a very special memory of my dad - he took me fishing when I was little and let me use one of his fishing poles. I ended up catching TWO fish on the same hook (a triple hook)! We took pictures and always shared that memory.

A favorite memory is when my dad taught me to drive. As long as it was safe to do so, he let me make mistakes and then told me about what I did--learning afterward really helped the lessons stick.

I wanted to treat my parents and family to Thanksgiving dinner at our new house with my new husband. Everything came out just perfect... except the turkey. I had cooked it all night like everyone suggested, only I cooked it too high and it was so dry it literally broke apart in my fingers. I was heartbroken and in a panic. My dear husband excused himself - said he was running out for more drinks - and came back in the back door with a fully cooked turkey from the supermarket. I served that turkey and with many blushes of embarrassment accepted all the praise. Now I know better. :) I will always be grateful to him for saving me from sheer mortification in front of my family.
My special memory: I love travelling with my husband and having coffee in the morning with him on trips. He walked blocks and blocks to find me a coffee and soy milk on our last trip- I am a blessed lady!

When I was eleven my dad and I were partners in a photography scavenger hunt. We had to find things like a policeman jumping rope and one million dollars. This was such a blast and we got pictures of all the items and people.

One memory that sticks out is the day our son was born. We got 36 inches of snow that day and my husband was so nervous and worried he wouldn't be home in time, he backed the truck into a telephone pole. He is a fantastic dad....:)

My special memory of my father is when we'd go fishing, he'd always "count" my blue gill fish (which bite all the time) as having been caught, while only counting the trout he actually brought home. Of course, I always out-fished him.

My dad always let me play with his model trains. He has a big train board set up in the garage and he let me work all the controls and run the trains. I thought that was so cool! We stayed out there for hours. He's gone now and I miss him every day.

I think of my 15 year old brother babysitting for me for the first time. the baby was 6 months old. when i got home my broher was totally exhausted from jimping up evry 10 minutes to lean over the crib to make sure the baby was still breathing.
It would be of my father-in-law, seeing him cry as he walked my wife down the aisle at our wedding...
Christina - xristya@rock.com - My sweetheart saw a squirrel whose tail had been caught between a drainpipe gutter and the house and who was wailing horribly, and he climbed a tall ladder and unhooked its tail and it stopped crying and hopped into a tree and was happy! He also once saved a baby oppossum that had been hit by a car and had a tooth knocked out of it, helping it and healing it and then releasing it near the river!

I will always remember how, at my wedding reception, my father, who was always very tight with his money, kept coming over to me to ask me who else he should pay. Even though he had already paid for everything, he felt like he should tip everyone. That's how excited he was that I was FINALLY getting married.

I remember when I was young and in the hospital. My Dad brought me clothing and a sewing kit. That was so special to me because we only got presents for our birthday or Christmas, and not tons then, either!
