A couple of weeks ago, I received a wonderful new product from GelPro -- makers of the World's original gel-filled anti-fatigue floor mat.

I was the lucky recipient of GelPro's new Spot Mat -- an 18" X 24"
portable mat for everyday / anywhere use! It's very easy to move around to any location where it's needed (it weighs approximately 6 lbs).

I chose to receive the red Flora design spot mat.

Rose is a light, majestic red with deep red overtones. Its enticing, cheerful tint is inviting, providing the perfect accent for any color scheme. From a distance the raised surface of the Flora pattern appears to be a series of full-bodied roses. The closer you get the more eye-catching and intricate the pattern becomes.

The difference this gel mat makes when you've got to stand (or kneel) in one place is amazing. I hate to do dishes -- always have -- and still don't have an electric dishwater. So, my feet do hurt standing on these tiles floors.

Well, not anymore.

GelPro Mats are made of a shock absorbing 1/2" gel core that greatly reduces pressure on your feet and back. The top surface is a durable synthetic leather that is stain-resistant and easy to clean (with mild soap and water). The non-slip vinyl bottom includes an anti-microbial additive to prevent mold and mildew. Every texture in our ever-expanding line up is made of the same synthetic material (despite their different textures).

I can stand and do my dishes and not have the tired, aching feeling in my feet and calves. Trust me, it makes a HUGE difference in my attitude! The GelPro mat provides a depth of comfort I've not experienced with the flimsy, thin mats you find at discount stores.
