As most of you know, Mike (Review Daddy) is a Land Surveyor. Due to his work in the field (which can a be marshlands, pastures, streets, etc.) he really has to take care of eyes so they don't get damaged. He's been hit with tree limbs, vines, moss, wasps, and everything else you can imagine.

Goggles are okay... sometimes. But goggles can't be used with the "gun" (the Survey Instrument) or when he's drawing the survey.

When given the opportunity to review the Edge Khor Polarized Safety Glasses Kit, I jumped at the chance!

Mike's worn them several times over the past couple of weeks.  This is his take on the glasses:

The Edge Khor Polarized Safety Glasses Kit — Forest Camo is great for anyone working outdoors.  Three sets of lens make them useful in every condition.  I prefer the polarized smoke lens.  The smoke lens cuts out most glare and protects my eyes from the harsh Georgia sun.

When I'm surveying in rainy conditions or late in the afternoon, the yellow lens make a huge difference as the glare is often much worse.  I've surveyed on highways very late in the evening and the yellow lens are perfect.

The clear, anti-reflective lens are the very best when running the gun.  I have to be able to see the cross-hairs in sharp definition. Any reflection and I may well miss the shot.  And THAT just can't happen.  The entire survey relies on my ability to get it right the first time.

I appreciate the fact that the lens are scratch-resistant.   Out in the field, you never know what you'll be up against.  Tree limbs, switches, vines, flying debris, bugs, sticks... you name it, it'll will hit you in the face.

Having to constantly replace glasses or lens is expensive.

The lens are also fog-resistant. That's a big help -- surveyors go inside and outside frequently. Regular glasses fog up and it takes forever to clear up. That's time I just can't afford to lose.

These are safety glasses that I will use time and again. I like the way they fit snug to my temples.  They're comfortable and sit well on the bridge of my nose. The lenses are easily removed and changed out.  Not to mention the fact that they look good on me, too.

I'd recommend them to anyone that works outside and needs a flexible pair of safety glasses.
