Gorton's Smart and Crunchy Seafood Review and Giveaway, ends 4/18/15
I'm sure ya'll know by now that I've been on a weight-loss journey for some time. It's not always easy. One thing I've always relied on is fish. Generally, however, that means broiled or baked fish -- no breading. Uhm... I'm Southern. I NEED breading!
So I was delighted to discover Gorton's new Smart and Crunchy line of products! Breaded, YES! Fried? Never!
Gorton’s all NEW Smart and Crunchy Fish Sticks and Fillets are made with 100% wild-caught Alaska Pollock and breaded in a tasty Panko breadcrumb that gives them a great crunch.
Always crispy, never fried, they have 50% less fat than our regular Fish Sticks and Fillets and 200 calories or less per serving.
This combination of taste, health and convenience puts a new spin on a classic family favorite!
I immediately started browsing the recipes and chose one to make first. I fell in love with the Parmesan Primavera.
So tasty and so easy to make! Since its just me and Happy Husband, it's also easy on the budget (money and calories!).
Another favourite of ours is the Smart and Crunchy Taco Salad.
*50% Less Fat
than our regular fish sticks and fillets
*200 Calories or Less
per serving
*100% wild caught
