No matter what, pets will get tear stains on the fur near their eyes. It gets messy. Very Messy. It mats the fur and can actually obstruct their vision if it's not cleaned and removed.

I haven't found anything that removes the stains from my little girl's eyes. She gets groomed once a month and bathed and they look better for a while afterwards.
I just wipe her eyes out with warm water. I didn't know they made a product that was safe to use near the eyes that I could use to clean them with. She is a cairn terrier and this would help a lot. Thanks for sharing this great review and giveaway.
My Yorkie (rest his soul) had such a build up of eye goop and this helped but I would dab it on to soften it, then remove the goop. It can hurt when it comes off at first so it may help to let it soak in a bit.
just a little water on a cloth really only helps a bit with our little dog ki ki. thankyou, ken poh19@comcast.net
I have a dog and a cat and wipe their tears with a facial wipe.
I have five dogs and three cats. I've never really had to worry about tear stains - until the past couple of years, when my deaf hound girl, Ran, who has a half-and-half face with one side being white, started getting them on her "ghost" eye. Ran was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder around the first of the year and with the medications she's on and her condition, I've noticed an increase in discharge from her eyes. I can wipe the bulk of it off with a tepid wash cloth, but that doesn't get rid of the stain. With Ran feeling better, the tear stains makes her look like she's still sick. I've been looking for something to help get rid of her tear stains.
I use tear free baby shampoo and warm water currently.
We just bathe them regularly.
Our little white beast gets terrible tear stains -- we've tried everything, and it's just really hard to stay on top of it. Warm water and hydrogen peroxide is the best solution so far, but it doesn't do much. Thanks for the chance!
I just take a warm cloth and wipe my cat boots eyes out.
dog. just one. and I just bathe her well and that seems to take care of it for now
I have a cat and dog. I usually just bathe them regularly in order to clean up the tear stains.

I have just been using a soft face cloth and warm water.
My Daughter has a Dog. I don't know is she has ever cleaned his eyes though. This product looks great
My one cat has that problem and I just wipe with a warm rag.
I have a cat who does have allergies I think he would like this.
With four dogs it a bit hard at times. I try to use a mild soap on the three lighter dogs and the one darker min pin.
I use mild soap on the lighter dogs and on the darker min pin.
For my dog I use a warm washcloth with mild soap and use another warm washcloth to make sure she doesn't get any soap in her eyes.
I use a warm wet washcloth. And I have a dog.
