My goal for July? To lose another 4-5 pounds. I can do it. I WILL do it. It isn't always easy -- but
that's okay. Challenges makes us stronger.
For me, summer weight loss is always more difficult because the heat and humidity are really hard for me. I am swimming more in the late afternoon and that's a HUGE benefit to both weight loss, toning, and peace of mind.
I am experimenting with different fruits and flavours with my Click. I am planning a banana surprise for you soon. I think you'll like it.
