I was SO happy to receive the Estilo Luxury Bath and Spa Pillow but not so much for myself as for Happy Husband. Mike works hard each day -- he's outside about 85% of his work day and he comes home exhausted.
The bath tub is his relaxation time. The Spa Pillow just makes this time more relaxing and enjoyable for him. He rests his head on the pillow and drifts away.
The pillow itself is wonderful: soft, pliable, fully-cushioned, adjustable. It is 15" X 14" so definitely large enough to accommodate any size tub.

There are seven (7) suction cups on the back of the pillow. However, when they are completely dry, they do tend to lose suction and often the pillow will drop. I just remove the pillow after we use it and allow it to dry on the towel rack.
All-in-all, I am quite pleased with the Estilo Luxury Bath and Spa Pillow. It's comfortable and serves its purpose well.
