Its very easy to install. Just use the adjustable strap to secure the organizer to the back of your car seat. Done!
I put a box of tissue in the tissue holder -- standard size fits quite well. There is a side pocket to hold your drink and the larger open area at the top may be used to store items, as a trash can (I recommend using a trash liner to avoid any mess), or even as a portable cooler! It's water-proof and you can pour water directly into the unit!
