Ozeri Green Earth Pan Review

Mike and I love to cook.  But we both hate cleaning up (who doesn't).  We both especially hate having to soak and scrub our pans.  So, when we were given the opportunity to try the new 
Green Earth Pan from Ozeri, we were delighted!

The Ozeri Corporation is known world-wide for it's fine kitchen products (as well as home, bath, and fitness).  The Green Earth Pan is a wonderful addition to their kitchen line.

Mike, or Grill Daddy, as he's often called, was the first to use the pan.  Very impressed by the weight of the pan (about 2 pounds) -- that makes it sturdy and it sets well on the burner on the stove.  The interior of the pan is textured and coated with GREBLON - an ultra-safe ceramic non-stick coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. 

We both loved the very easy clean-up, too.  We wiped it out with a paper towel and then just a few swipes with a bit of gentle dish liquid and a sponge.  To keep the non-stick coating from peeling or losing the non-stick quality, it's recommended that you clean the pan periodically with diluted lemon juice or vinegar.  The lemon juice works best for us.

This pan is really brilliant. I know that some people say it's hard to brown anything in it, but I haven't had that problem.  I DO use only medium to low heat.  Using this pan on a higher heat MAY cause issues with the coating.
