I received a gorgeous Navy Blue (with small white polka dots) pull-over blouse for this review and I love it. It's made of 100% cotton (a must in hot & muggy Southeast Georgia) and very well constructed. I love the scalloped collar and the 3/4 length sleeves. I can use it for daytime or night-time outings -- versatility is everything!
